We use Agile and Scrum methodoligies to manage and deliver most of our projects. However, we are flexible to your needs and have worked on projects using the more traditional software development life cycle methodology throughout the last 15 years. The reason we use Agile is because it focusses on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of a software product.

Agile breaks the product down into small incremental builds called "sprints" with a working product being displayed to the customer and major stakeholder at the end of each sprint. Each sprint lasts typically between 1-3 weeks with the final build being delivered during the last sprint. Below are the main phases of each sprint with ongoing maintenance offered post-project.
